Maintaining chemicals and equipment stockroom inventory.
Acting as purchasing and receiving agent of all laboratory needs from chemicals and equipment.
Receiving and checking store chemicals and equipment.
Resolving problems with vendors, requesting for quotations, and discussing new orders.
Tracking and operating all department and laboratory.
Provides orientation and training to Teacher Assistants (TAs) for safety practices and procedures of handling chemicals and hazardous materials.
Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on regularly in a timely basis.
Coordinate with laboratory TAs and technicians to manage the chemical disposal.
Performing other duties as assigned by head of laboratories.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy or chemistry or equivalent degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Skills Required:
Familiar with chemical inventory software.
Good command of MS Office.
